Chesterbrook 2025 Swim Team

Welcome to Chesterbrook Swim Team 2025 Registration

We are looking forward to another amazing year of Chesterbrook Swimming.  The Team Reps and Coaches have been meeting over the winter to plan for the 2025 Season.  We can't wait to see all of the returning and new faces at Back to Pool and the first practice.  But before we can get to the fun stuff, we need some important stuff -- some phone numbers, a waiver or two, and registration fees (so we have someone to call if your kid stubs his or her toe, so you don't sue us if he or she does, and to fund the team's operations, respectively).  Please register all the swimmers in your family at one time, including Little Jaws!  

If you don't know yet if your child qualifies for Little Jaws, hold off on registration until post swim-assessment. We will have a slot for you if they do qualify.

Also IMPORTANT custom cap order (with your swimmer's name) closes May 1 so any registration completed after May 1 won't have an option for a custom cap.

Liability and Waiver

As Parent/Guardian of the above-name minor(s), I grant permission for the swimmer(s) to participate in all activities of the Chesterbrook Swim Team, a Northern Virginia Swimming League (NVSL) member team. I represent and warrant that my minor child/children participating on the Chesterbrook Swim Team are in good health and have no physical condition, ailment or disability which renders them unable to participate in vigorous physical activity. For and in consideration of benefits derived from participation in the Chesterbrook Swim Team program, I understand that the risk of injury to my child from the activities involved in these programs is significant, including the potential for permanent disability and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist. I assume all risks and hazards arising out of, or related to, such participation, including, but not limited to, transportation to and from such activities, and do hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless the Chesterbrook Swim Team, its coaches, team representatives, volunteers, property manager, employees and agents, as well as the Northern Virginia Swimming League, from all claims of any kind whatsoever which may arise or hereafter accrue in connection with my child’s/children’s participation in activities of the Chesterbrook Swim Team. I further grant permission for first aid to be given to my child/children in an emergency, and will be solely responsible for any medical costs which may arise. I AGREE THAT THEY WILL ABIDE BY THE NORTHERN VIRGINIA SWIMMING LEAGUE CODE OF CONDUCT.

Photographic/Video Acknowledgment

I understand that Chesterbrook Swimming and the NVSL have the right to photograph and video team events and competition.  I understand that photos and videos of team activities may from time to time be used on team websites and during team events.  By acknowledging this section, I grant the team permission to use photos and videos that may include my child(ren) taken during team activities for such purposes.
